Job summary

Flextrack is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer – AI Automation to accelerate our software development and implementation lifecycle through automation, AI, and modern DevOps practices. This hands-on role partners with Engineering, QA, Product, and Implementation teams to reduce bottlenecks and raise delivery velocity.

Responsibilities

• Assess and optimize software development, testing, implementation, and deployment workflows
• Design, build, and maintain automation solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and intelligent agents throughout the software development lifecycle
• Build and integrate AI-powered workflows into testing, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes
• Automate repetitive engineering and implementation activities to reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery
• Improve CI/CD processes and help increase release velocity while maintaining quality and reliability
• Partner with Development, QA, Product, BA, and Implementation teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities
• Define and execute a roadmap for DevOps, automation, and AI-enabled process improvements
• Establish appropriate governance and human-in-the-loop controls for automated processes
• Monitor the performance, effectiveness, and adoption of automation solutions in production
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and influence stakeholders across multiple teams without direct authority

Flextrack is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer – AI Automation to help accelerate our software development and implementation lifecycle through automation, AI, and modern DevOps practices.

This is a highly hands-on role focused on execution and outcomes. You'll partner closely with Engineering, QA, Product, Business Analysis, and Implementation teams to identify bottlenecks, reduce manual effort, improve reliability, and increase delivery speed across our platform.

We're looking for someone who can think strategically, build practically, and help define the roadmap for how automation and AI can be embedded throughout our development and implementation processes.

We are working toward a future where discovery call transcripts automatically generate validated requirements, Salesforce environments can be configured through automation, testing is executed by intelligent agents, and human intervention is required only when necessary.

It Would Be Amazing If You Have:

• Extensive experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of the end-to‑end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Experience implementing automation at scale to improve engineering productivity and operational efficiency
