Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking an Applications Business Development Manager to support Hydronic Cooling, Process Water, and HVAC applications across Commercial and Industrial markets, including Data Center, EV Battery, and Semiconductor verticals. This remote role should be based near a major airport and reports to the National Sales Manager, Mega Projects.

You will provide field technical support, deliver training, and build deep relationships with end-users, engineers, and contractors

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in technical and field sales, 3+ years in flow control across commercial, industrial, infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of hydronic cooling and HVAC systems in plumbing and industrial environments.
• Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and lead cross-functional project execution.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration across organizational levels.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical field support and troubleshooting for Hydronic Cooling, Process Water, and HVAC applications.
• Deliver training and field assistance for installation, commissioning, operation and field repair.
• Support sales agents, engineers, and contractors with product selection and technical specifications.
• Develop relationships with end-users and contractors to drive demand and brand preference.
• Create and deliver classroom and hands-on training programs for end users and partners.
