Job summary

HYDAC TECHNOLOGY is seeking an Application Engineer for thermal management to support design and validation of cooling systems across mobile and power generation applications. You will translate customer needs into system-level requirements and collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to deliver optimised HYDAC solutions.

Travel 20–40% as required. A background in engineering with 2–3+ years of relevant experience is preferred, and you will work across technologies and applications in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (preferred).
2–3+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
Ability to work across multiple technologies and applications.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discussions with customers and partners.
Support quoting, proposals, and solution positioning.
Translate customer needs into system-level requirements.
Select and optimize HYDAC products and systems.
Collaborate with sales, product, development, lab, and operations teams.
Document customer interactions and technical solutions.
