Job summary

Roche is seeking a knowledgeable service professional to support the APAC region, handling complex inquiries via remote tools, phone, and written communication. You will promote digital service tools such as ThingworX, e-lab Performance, and Advanced Service Analytics to help customers improve turnaround times.

In addition, you will serve as a Knowledge Management Author, contributing to self-fix content and support materials for new product launches.

Qualifications

Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biology, Life Sciences, or be a trained Medical Technologist.
Have at least 3 years of professional experience in medical technology as a service professional or in a management position within a clinical laboratory.
Possess in-depth knowledge of indications and analytics in laboratory medicine, quality assurance, and basic IT networking.

Responsibilities

Handle highly complex customer and employee inquiries across the APAC region, utilizing remote service tools, phone, and written communication.
Actively promote digital service tools (ThingworX, e-lab Performance, Advanced Service Analytics) to help customers improve turnaround times.
Serve as a Knowledge Management Author, contributing to new self-fix content and support materials for new product launches.
