Job summary

Bron Tapes seeks an Application Specialist to cultivate relationships, develop new business, and deliver innovative tape solutions. The role focuses on outbound calls, face-to-face visits, and account management within a defined US territory, with remote work options for candidates in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

You will leverage a broad product catalog, provide application expertise, and support achievement of sales goals while maintaining CRM records and pipeline accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle and insurance.
• 3+ years of tape/adhesive experience preferred.
• Minimum 1-year face-to-face outside sales experience. 2-3 years B2B Experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM desirable.
• NetSuite or other large ERP experience desirable.
• Industrial Distribution sales experience a plus.
• Cold calling experience a definite plus.
• Professionalism, high energy and excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written).

Responsibilities

• Learning Bron Tapes catalog of products and tape applications.
• Making outbound sales calls to introduce and grow our business.
• Performing face to face sales calls, including cold calling and prospecting.
• Account management for your book of business.
• Assisting customers with product recommendations and application expertise.
• Supporting achievement of territory and corporate sales goals.
• Documenting sales activity and pipeline within company CRM.
