Job summary

Bron Tapes is seeking an Application Specialist to cultivate relationships and develop new business. This fully remote role requires residing in the Dallas/Ft. Worth/Grapevine area and involves outbound calls, face-to-face visits, and account management.

Responsibilities include learning the catalog, recommending products, supporting territory goals, and documenting activity in the CRM. Benefits include a comprehensive package after 30 days and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• 3+ years of tape/adhesive experience preferred.
• Minimum 1-year face-to-face outside sales experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to introduce and grow Bron Tapes' business.
• Perform face-to-face sales calls, including cold calling and prospecting.
• Manage your book of business and maintain relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and application expertise.
• Support achievement of territory and corporate sales goals; document sales activity in CRM.
