Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Application SME + Trainer to provide subject matter expertise and training support for the JCC2-R application. The role includes developing training materials, maintaining documentation, and delivering direct instruction to personnel, including operator and instructor-level curricula.

The position is remote and contingent upon contract award with TS/SCI clearance requirements. Travel up to 10–20% may be required.

Qualifications

10+ years of overall experience in the functional area.
Subject matter expertise in the JCC2-R application and associated workflows.
Experience developing and delivering technical training materials.
Ability to create and maintain online curriculum tailored to operator-level and instructor-level audiences.
Experience supporting JCC2 or similar DoD mission application training environments.

Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly required.
Role may require travel to a site 10-20% of the time.

Responsibilities

Develops and delivers direct training and instruction for JCC2-R.
Maintains and updates JCC2-R documentation and training materials.
Creates and maintains online curriculum for operator and instructor audiences.
Reviews and updates online training suites as needed; creates original content.
Provides training support to third-party Field Application Engineering contractors.
