Zusammenfassung

Maximus is seeking an Application SME + Trainer to provide subject matter expertise and training support for the JCC2-R application. This role includes developing and delivering training, maintaining documentation, and creating a complete online curriculum for operator-level and instructor-level audiences.

This is a remote position requiring a TS/SCI clearance and potential travel of 10–20% to support DoD mission training environments.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in the functional area.
• Subject matter expertise in the JCC2-R application and associated workflows.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training materials.
• Ability to create and maintain online curriculum tailored to operator-level and instructor-level audiences.
• Experience supporting JCC2 or similar DoD mission application training environments.

Aufgaben

• Provides subject matter expertise and training support for the JCC2-R application.
• Supports documentation maintenance and online training suite updates.
• Develops and delivers direct training and instruction to personnel as instructed by JCC2.
• Creates an original online curriculum including operator-level and instructor-level content.
• Ensures training includes both operator-level and instructor-level curriculum.
