Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Application SME + Trainer to provide expert JCC2-R support, develop training materials, and deliver instruction to field personnel. This role focuses on sustaining the JCC2-R application, maintaining documentation, and creating an original online curriculum that covers both operator and instructor-level content.

The position is remote, contingent on contract award, with TS/SCI clearance and CI poly requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the functional area.
• Subject matter expertise in the JCC2-R application and workflows.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training materials.
• Ability to create and maintain online curriculum for operator- and instructor-level audiences.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly required.
• Role may require travel 10-20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver direct training for the JCC2-R application.
• Maintain and update JCC2-R documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Create original online curriculum and tailor content for operator and instructor audiences.
• Review online training suites and modify them as necessary.
• Support sustainment engineering, integration work, and training contractors.
