Maximus is seeking an Application SME and Trainer to provide subject matter expertise and training support for the JCC2-R application. The role includes sustainment engineering support, documentation updates, integration work, and delivery of both operator-level and instructor-level training.

You will develop and deliver online curricula, review and modify existing training suites, and tailor content for operator and instructor audiences.

Competenze

• 10+ years of overall experience in the functional area.
• Subject matter expertise in the JCC2-R application and associated workflows.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training materials.
• Ability to create and maintain online curriculum tailored to operator-level and instructor-level audiences.
• Experience supporting JCC2 or similar DoD mission application training environments.

Mansioni

• Provide subject matter expertise and training support for the JCC2-R application.
• Develop and deliver direct training and instruction to personnel as instructed by JCC2.
• Review online training suites and modify them; create original online curriculum as needed.
• Ensure training includes operator-level and instructor-level curriculum.
• Support training contractors and travel up to 10–20% as required.
