Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Application SME + Trainer to provide subject matter expertise and training for the JCC2-R application. The role includes sustainment engineering support, documentation updates, and the development of an original online curriculum for both operator and instructor audiences.

This is a remote position requiring TS/SCI clearance, with potential travel 10-20%. Contingent upon contract award and availability of the position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in the functional area.
• Subject matter expertise in the JCC2-R application and associated workflows.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training materials.
• Ability to create and maintain online curriculum tailored to operator-level and instructor-level audiences.
• Experience supporting JCC2 or similar DoD mission application training environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise and training support for the JCC2-R application.
• Develop and deliver direct training and instruction to personnel as instructed by JCC2.
• Review and modify online training suites, or create original online curriculum.
• Ensure training includes operator-level and instructor-level content.
