Job summary

Innosoft Corp. seeks an experienced Release Manager to own and coordinate software release processes across multiple projects.

The role involves cross-team collaboration with Development, QA, and UAT teams to ensure smooth deployments and clear release communications. The candidate will define readiness criteria, manage risk, and lead go/no-go meetings, while maintaining comprehensive release documentation and alignment with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 4+ years of Release Management and Deployment Coordination experience.
• Experience with release/work-tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the release calendar, coordinating release schedules across projects.
• Define and enforce release management processes, including readiness criteria and rollback plans.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and UAT teams to confirm scope and dependencies.
• Lead release planning and go/no-go meetings, communicating risks to stakeholders.
• Coordinate deployments across Development, Test, Staging, and Production environments.
• Maintain release notes, change logs, and post-release reports.
• Identify and mitigate release risks and escalate issues affecting timelines.
