Job summary

Jobgether seeks an HVAC controls engineer to support commissioning and optimization across international projects. You will analyze central plants, AHUs, and DDC systems, review specs, and troubleshoot control loops, sensors, and integration protocols.

You'll collaborate with global customers, prepare technical reports, and help deliver energy-efficient building solutions using Niagara, BACnet, and Tableau for data insights. Remote work options are available, and growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years in a project-based engineering environment with commissioning exposure.
• Niagara certification and hands-on Niagara experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation, DDC programming, and commissioning.
• Familiarity with BACnet/LonWorks/Modbus/OPC and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of HVAC systems to support analysis and optimization.
• Identify energy efficiency improvements and practical measures.
• Review specs and sequences of operation for system behavior alignment.
• Apply DDC programming to support configuration and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot control loops, sensors, and components; propose corrective actions.
• Conduct functionality checks and review site data for anomalies.
• Analyze data and present findings via charts, reports, and visuals.
• Participate in meetings with global customers, providing technical updates.
• Provide technical guidance to project team and field technicians.
• Prepare monthly project and performance reports with clear progress updates.
• Apply LEED/Green Mark awareness and building automation protocols.
• Adhere to QA procedures and project delivery milestones.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and issue prevention.
• Collaborate across teams for smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
