Job summary

The role includes on-site and remote support, system commissioning, and troubleshooting under project specifications. Travel up to 50% is expected, with readiness for remote USA work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Understands procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Analytical mindset with ability to apply technical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Create complex programming using flow diagrams and panel layouts.
• Perform programming of control applications using various software tools.
• Conduct job-site checkout, commissioning, and testing of control apps.
• Verify operation per project specs and design docs.
• Develop system graphics to match project specs or proposals.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to installers and customers.
• Perform system evaluation and diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues and take corrective action.
• Document resolutions and report findings to the Project team.
• Apply general knowledge to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines.
• Maintain broad knowledge across related disciplines within the function.
• Support software tools management.
• Influence quality of own work and team output.
• Explain complex information clearly.
