Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in application engineering or related role within manufacturing or fluid handling.
• Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, pump technologies, and related engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements and operational challenges, providing tailored solutions using Trillium Flow Technologies’ products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training sessions highlighting the features and benefits of Trillium’s fluid handling solutions.
• Partner with the sales team to develop technical proposals and application recommendations aligned with customer needs and product capabilities.
• Provide technical support throughout the sales process, including responding to inquiries, troubleshooting application issues, and assisting with product selection.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to communicate customer feedback and support new solution development.
• Analyze application data and system requirements to recommend appropriate products, materials, and configurations for specific customer applications.
