Job summary

Trillium Flow Technologies is seeking a Product Manager – Roto-Jet to own the strategic and financial performance of a high‑pressure pitot tube pump product line. You will drive growth, margins, and lifecycle strategy while serving as the technical-commercial lead for engineered pump solutions.

The role involves ownership of pricing, roadmap, and market positioning, with ~25% travel and a relocation/remote option to Fresno, CA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, applications engineering, or technical sales.

• Own full product line P&L, including revenue, margin, and lifecycle profitability
• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and competitive positioning
• Lead lifecycle management including NPD, cost optimization, and end-of-life decisions
• Drive pricing strategy to achieve margin expansion and market competitiveness
• Conduct market and competitive analysis across oil & gas, power, and industrial sectors
• Partner with sales to drive key opportunities and growth strategies
• Serve as technical subject matter expert for high‑pressure applications
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and supply chain
