Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• 2–5 years of product engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting sustaining engineering, product improvements, and cross-functional problem-solving.

Aufgaben

• Lead moderate-scope sustaining engineering and product improvement projects.
• Perform advanced engineering analyses, including tolerance stack-ups, DFMEA reviews, FEA, and VA/VE initiatives.
• Drive cost-reduction, reliability improvement, and product performance initiatives.
• Support supplier qualification activities, including technical documentation and engineering evaluations.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions for product and process issues.
• Support customer investigations related to product performance, reliability, and quality concerns.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) initiatives, including design support, validation, and production launch activities.
• Prepare, revise, and maintain engineering drawings, 3D models, and bills of materials (BOMs).
• Execute and support engineering changes (ECNs), BOM updates, and document control processes.
• Support product qualification and validation testing, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve production and field issues.
• Maintain accurate engineering data within PLM and ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental requirements, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Adhere to Trillium Flow Technologies’ code of conduct and all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
