Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in application engineering, technical sales support, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of fluid dynamics and pump technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to support customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training sessions.
• Partner with sales to develop technical proposals and product recommendations.
• Provide technical support throughout the sales process and assist with product selection.
• Collaborate with engineering to communicate feedback and support new solutions.
• Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to communicate value.
• Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer visits.
• Observe and comply with ISO quality and environmental standards.
• Adhere to company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
