The Application Analyst role provides technical support to a mix of technical and non-technical customers, diagnosing issues, and maintaining records in Salesforce. Shifts are rotational, including nights and weekends, with remote work options.

Qualifications

• Customer support experience with client-facing roles.
• Experience using phone and email for client interactions.
• SQL and Windows platform experience.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex customer issues.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL applications and tools to run basic SQL queries
• Respond to client questions and work requests daily
• Develop expertise in Relativity products and share knowledge with customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer incidents with senior team members as needed
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and respond within SLAs
