Job summary

Republic Services is seeking an Applications Administrator to configure and support business software and partner with end users. The role requires mentoring newer team members, leading small projects, and delivering high-quality IT support across assigned applications.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience administering and supporting end-user applications.
• Experience with SQL and business systems analysis.
• Experience coordinating with offshore development/QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support complex application issues for end users.
• Serve as primary IT contact for assigned business areas on config projects.
• Collaborate to diagnose and resolve complex software issues escalated by team.
• Mentor newer team members and document issues and resolutions.
• Document processes and provide training materials.
