Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related discipline from an accredited college or university
• 5+ years of software testing experience with cross-functional teams
• 2+ years of automation testing experience
• Experience leading a team and mentoring junior team members
• Experience interpreting requirements, writing QC docs and UAT plans
• Knowledge of Test Management, Automation toolsets and processes
• Knowledge of Performance Testing process and cadence
• Proficiency with test automation and tools like Playwright and Selenium
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in remote and/or hybrid teams
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain security clearance

Responsibilities

• Play a strategic role in design and implementation of the QA program
• Lead test strategy, environments design, and test data
• Lead hiring, training, mentoring and performance evaluations
• Plan, execute, and report on software testing across development and maintenance
• Review and recommend test documentation
• Develop test plans and procedures from requirements
• Develop data collection plans and train operators
• Review data collection forms and logs collected during test
• Review Test Incident Reports for accuracy
• Support analysis of user requirements and design test plans
• Collaborate with testing groups on related issues
• Communicate upgrades, downtimes and system changes timely
• Report bugs accurately and escalate issues as needed
• Perform technical reviews and ensure QA process adherence
