Job summary

Trigint Solutions LLC is seeking an Appian Tech Lead for a remote, long-term contract role with US-based clients. The candidate will lead the design and delivery of Appian BPM solutions and provide hands-on technical leadership.

The role requires strong Appian expertise, experience with SAIL Interfaces, Process Models, and REST/SOAP APIs, and the ability to mentor a team while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of IT experience with strong hands-on Appian expertise.
• Experience with SAIL Interfaces, Process Models, Records & Reports, CDTs, Rules, and Constants.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Web API integrations.
• Good SQL/database concepts and understanding of system design and scalability.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Appian application development and delivery.
• Design and develop Appian components including SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, CDTs, Rules, and Constants.
• Define and enforce Appian development best practices and coding standards.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Web APIs, databases, and external systems.
• Perform code reviews and ensure solution quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Drive application performance, optimization, scalability, and security.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and client discussions.
