Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for design, development, and enhancement of Appian applications.
Contribute hands-on Appian development, architecture, troubleshooting and problem solving.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows, priorities and future requirements.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable Appian solutions and delivery plans.
Lead business review sessions, backlog refinement, and product-roadmap discussions.
Serve as liaison between stakeholders, developers, analysts, and program leadership.
Guide developers on design standards, architecture decisions, and best practices.
Support knowledge transfer and transition of platform ownership to internal teams.
Help establish governance and operating model for the Appian platform.
Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across the team.
Collaborate with teams supporting related platforms such as Salesforce.
