Excelon Solutions is seeking an Appian Tech Lead with BFSI/FinTech domain experience for a remote role primarily in the United States with occasional travel to Maryland. The candidate will lead and deliver Appian BPM solutions, mentor teams, and work with US-based stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Appian solutions.

The role requires hands-on Appian expertise (SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, CDTs, Rules, Constants), API integrations, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of IT experience with strong hands-on Appian expertise.
• BFSI / FinTech / Banking domain experience strongly preferred, particularly US clients.
• Prior US onshore or client-facing experience is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end Appian application development and delivery.
• Design and develop Appian components including SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, CDTs, Rules, and Constants.
• Define and enforce Appian development best practices and coding standards.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Web APIs, databases, and external systems.
• Perform code reviews and ensure solution quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Drive application performance, optimization, scalability, and security.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and client discussions.

• Familiarity with CI/CD and basic DevOps practices.

• Experience leading/mentoring teams of 6–10 members.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work directly with US-based clients and drive technical discussions.
• Ability to take ownership and drive technical decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• BFSI / FinTech / Banking domain experience strongly preferred, particularly experience with US financial-services clients.
• Prior US Onshore or client-facing experience is an advantage.
