Qualifikationen

• 6–8 years of IT experience with strong hands-on Appian expertise.
• Experience with SAIL Interfaces, Process Models, Records & Reports, CDTs, Rules, and Constants.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Web API integrations.
• Good hands-on understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and basic DevOps practices.
• US client-facing experience preferred.
• BFSI / FinTech / Banking domain experience strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and delivery of Appian BPM solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and solution design.
• Work with US-based stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Appian solutions.
• Lead end-to-end Appian development and delivery.
• Design Appian components including SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, CDTs, Rules, and Constants.
• Define and enforce Appian development best practices and coding standards.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Web APIs, databases, and external systems.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and client discussions.
