Job summary

DMI, LLC is seeking a senior Appian professional to design, develop, and maintain complex BPM applications on the Appian platform and to administer the program's Appian instance. The role requires hands-on Appian development and mentoring of junior developers across a portfolio of regulatory workflows.

The candidate must hold an Appian Certification at Senior/Lead level, with demonstrated Appian Cloud administration experience, and the ability to integrate Appian with external systems and APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or related field; 4 extra years may substitute for degree.
• 8+ years of application development experience; 5+ years in Appian development.
• Current Appian certification; Senior or Lead Developer level.
• Appian Cloud environment administration, deployment, and configuration management.
• Experience integrating Appian with external systems via APIs and web services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain Appian BPM applications on the Appian platform.
• Administer the program's Appian instance and cloud configuration; manage deployments.
• Deliver O&M support, bug fixes, and minor enhancements across ~26 Appian workflows.
• Configure workflows, forms, records, and interfaces to support regulatory review and content management.
• Lead and mentor junior developers; provide technical direction and code reviews.
