• BFSI/FinTech domain experience strongly preferred, preferably with US client-facing experience.
• Experience leading/mentoring teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of Appian BPM solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and solution design.
• Work directly with US-based stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Appian solutions.
• Design and develop Appian components including SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, CDTs, Rules, and Constants.
• Define and enforce Appian development best practices and coding standards.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Web APIs, databases, and external systems.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and client discussions.

• Lead end‑to‑end Appian application development and delivery.
• Design and develop Appian components including SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, CDTs, Rules, and Constants.
• Define and enforce Appian development best practices and coding standards.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Web APIs, databases, and external systems.
• Perform code reviews and ensure solution quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Drive application performance, optimization, scalability, and security.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and client discussions.

Required Skills:

• 6-8 years of IT experience with strong hands‑on Appian expertise.

• Experience leading/mentoring teams of 6-10 members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BFSI / FinTech / Banking domain experience strongly preferred, particularly experience with US financial‑services clients.
• Prior US Onshore or client‑facing experience is an advantage.
