Job summary
Cyberobotix LLC is hiring an Appian Tech Lead with BFSI/FinTech domain experience for a remote role with occasional travel to Maryland. You will lead development and delivery of Appian BPM solutions, providing hands-on technical leadership and translating business needs into scalable Appian solutions for US-based stakeholders.

Qualifications
- 6-8 years of IT experience with strong hands-on Appian expertise.
- BFSI/FinTech domain experience strongly preferred, preferably with US client-facing experience.
- Experience leading/mentoring teams is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and delivery of Appian BPM solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and solution design.
- Work directly with US-based stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Appian solutions.
- Design and develop Appian components including SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, CDTs, Rules, and Constants.
- Define and enforce Appian development best practices and coding standards.
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Web APIs, databases, and external systems.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and client discussions.
