Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing solutions on the Appian platform.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise apps.
• Experience designing Appian applications in production.
• Experience across the full SDLC with Agile/Scrum.
• Experience integrating Appian with REST/SOAP and databases.
• Active Appian Certified Lead Developer.
• Candidates may work from any U.S. location with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Appian apps.
• Act as technical authority for Appian capabilities, governance, and best practices.
• Design scalable Appian solutions using records, processes, interfaces, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Perform code reviews and establish development standards for quality and security.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and provide mentorship across project teams.
• Support DevSecOps practices and deployment automation.
• Monitor performance and pursue modernization opportunities.
• Create technical docs and deployment procedures.
