Airalo is expanding its performance marketing leadership and seeking an expert to own app-first user acquisition across remote teams in Spain and the United Kingdom. You will drive end-to-end strategy, budgeting, and optimization across social, Google UAC, and related channels to hit CPI/CPS targets and scalable growth.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in performance marketing for mobile apps.
• Deep expertise in Meta and Google UAC and related channels.
• Experience managing large budgets (20M+ annually).
• Strong stakeholder management with Director/VP-level partners.
• Strong analytical skills and KPI fluency (CPI, CPS, CVR, CTR, CAC, LTV).
• Understanding of mobile attribution (iOS SKAdNetwork/measurement realities).
• Detail-oriented and in-platform campaign hygiene is essential.

• Own UA growth strategy and execution for Airalo (app-first).
• Manage and optimize a 20M+ annual performance budget with forecasting and pacing.
• Lead Paid Performance Marketing across major channels and scale campaigns.
• Own measurement and weekly performance insights to drive actions.
• Maintain campaign hygiene: naming, QA, guardrails, geo/creative rotation, reallocation.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors, Data Science, Creative, Product, and agencies.
• Present monthly executive reviews on performance and next steps.
