Job summary

Gismart, a remote-first mobile app developer, seeks a Creative Producer for performance marketing to lead creative strategy and ad optimization across major networks. You will work with Product and UA teams to highlight app advantages, craft engaging creatives, and drive growth through data-driven campaigns.

Role requires at least 6 months of experience, strong analytics, excellent communication, and ability to balance creativity with performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months (1+ year a plus) of experience as a creative producer in performance marketing.
• Data-driven decision-making required for campaign optimization.
• Deep understanding of the target audience and their needs.
• Ability to create and implement engaging, informative, high-performing creatives.
• Experience with analytics and optimization of creatives.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Independence and willingness to push processes.
• Flexibility to adapt to fast change.
• English at least B2 (upper-intermediate) level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies and concepts for promoting the mobile application.
• Collaborate with Product and UA teams to identify key features and advantages of the app.
• Improve performance by testing and optimizing creatives.
• Conduct competitors’ research to analyze best market practices.
• Create ads for META, Google, and other networks.
• Organize team brainstorms for new ideas.
• Write briefs for UGC and evaluate results to improve content.
• Collaborate with designers to quickly test ideas.
• Balance creativity with performance goals.
• Apply structured thinking and strong ideation to campaigns.
• Track current trends across social platforms.
