IDT is seeking a hands-on Mobile Performance Marketing Manager to support our marketing team and scale paid campaigns for Boss Money and Boss Revolution. You will contribute to user acquisition via multiple channels, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with design teams to align ad assets with app messaging.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing paid campaigns in UA, performance marketing or growth roles.
• B2C + App acquisition experience required.
• Hands-on experience with paid social platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into optimization decisions.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of paid campaigns across multiple channels and assist with strategy, setup and daily optimization.
• Help develop and execute channel strategies to reach user acquisition targets (CPI, CPA, ROAS).
• Analyze the full performance funnel from impression to downstream conversions and inform budget decisions.
• Support creative testing from concept to completion and help establish a testing framework.
• Monitor and measure creative performance and impact of UA optimizations.
• Identify areas of improvement by analyzing performance data and translate insights into actions.
• Collaborate with designers and creative teams to ensure assets align with messaging and audience.
• Continuously learn and experiment with new channels and AI tools for marketing.
