Job summary

TrueAccord is seeking an Integrations Engineer to join the Client Experience team. You will deliver bespoke data integrations during onboarding, partnering with Implementations to define scope and timelines, and ensure robust, scalable code with secure data exchange.

You will build reusable tooling, document architectures, and support post-go-live operations while aligning technical work with business goals in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a highly technical integrations role.
• Expert-level Python proficiency with Golang/Java knowledge.
• Strong SQL skills across relational and NoSQL databases.
• Extensive experience designing and managing 3rd-party API integrations.
• Experience with cloud technologies and automation.
• Familiarity with MFT solutions and secure data exchange.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, security, and API design.
• Able to work autonomously in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build tailored solutions during client onboarding, architecting, testing, and deploying custom data integrations.
• Scope and strategize with the Implementations team to evaluate client data, define technical scope, and estimate effort.
• Write robust, scalable, and secure code following internal standards.
• Design integrations focused on operational efficiency and post-go-live handover.
• Create reusable scripts, tools, and templates to improve team efficiency.
• Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation including diagrams and data dictionaries.
• Provide expert support as the technical escalation point for integrations.
