Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking an Integrations Technical Specialist for a 100% remote, 12-month contract role. You will strengthen partner integrations across Reporting API and Online Ordering, combining hands-on technical support with data analysis to address recurring issues and build durable playbooks and tooling.

Qualifications

2+ years in API-based integrations or related technical operations role.
Ability to use data to investigate problems and communicate findings.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting APIs, data flows, and integration runtimes.
Experience supporting SaaS technologies or POS software is required.

Responsibilities

Own technical triage for Reporting API and partner requests, including errors, data discrepancies, and onboarding blockers.
Analyze support volume, issue types, and partner behavior to identify trends and quantify impact.
Create and maintain issue taxonomy and recurring reporting to surface root causes and SLA performance.
Translate findings into actionable recommendations for Product, Engineering, and partner teams; track progress and validate outcomes.
