Job summary

EagleView Technologies is seeking a US-based, front line technical integration expert to support partner integrations across our APIs and workflows. The role requires collaboration with Engineering and Product teams to expand partner programs, and travel to partner sites as needed.

You will serve as the primary technical liaison for partner teams, guiding onboarding, security, and integration best practices while delivering white-glove support and accelerating time-to-market for revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or CS or commensurate experience.
• 3-5 years of technical experience in consulting or integration engineering.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, API Management, Cloud, OAuth & 3LA.
• Proven ability to explain complex tech to non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading multiple external stakeholders and projects.

Responsibilities

• Introduce EagleView APIs to partners and guide their integration.
• Serve as primary technical contact for partner teams on APIs and security.
• Manage integration calendars and ensure on-time delivery.
• Architect optimal integration approaches with partners.
• Create test plans and validate partner test data.
• Monitor integrations and handle escalations.
• Provide internal docs and training on integrations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on features and data ingestion.
• Assist in resourcing and timelines for engagements.
• Support ongoing integration enhancements and troubleshooting.
