Job summary

MD Integrations is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist in the United States to serve as the technical liaison for customers during implementation and expansion of integrations. You will guide projects from kickoff to go-live, configure API connections, review logs, and troubleshoot issues to keep customers on track.

This role emphasizes API proficiency, problem-solving, and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical customers.

Qualifications

3+ years in a customer-facing technical support or implementation role with API experience.
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and HTTP status codes.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical point of contact for new and expanding customers through implementation and go-live.
Lead end-to-end technical implementation, mapping and configuring API connections with customers.
Monitor logs and tools to identify misconfigurations; resolve most issues independently.
Draft clear technical documentation for each issue with root cause and resolution steps.
Escalate complex issues to engineering with clear context for smooth handoff.
Translate customer inquiries into technical tasks and configuration notes.
Collaborate with Partner Success Managers and Clinical Support to align capabilities with needs.
Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
Maintain high responsiveness and customer empathy during implementation and expansion.
