Bybit is hiring a Regional Sales Lead for the Mandarin-speaking market, focusing on affiliate growth, KOL partnerships, and high-net-worth client engagement. You will source and manage affiliates, build relationships with traders, and tailor strategies to the APAC crypto landscape from a remote Hong Kong base.

You will collaborate with global and local teams, drive user acquisition, and optimize affiliate ROI while staying ahead of regulatory changes and market trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cryptocurrency, FX, fintech or financial services with affiliate networks or BD pipelines.
• Business development or affiliate management experience and understanding of referral economics and partner lifecycle.
• Strong project management skills across multiple partner relationships, campaigns, and deadlines.
• Data-driven mindset with understanding of acquisition OKRs (CPA, LTV, deposits, volume per referred user).
• Fluent in Mandarin; daily collaboration between global HQ and local partners.
• Self-starter mentality with proactive planning and execution.

Responsabilités

• Affiliate Network Building: identify, recruit, and develop affiliates with high-net-worth clients and professional traders.
• KOL & Influencer Partnerships: manage relationships with crypto KOLs, influencers, and media; negotiate campaigns and referral programs.
• HNW Client Management: build/directly manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and trading groups; provide access to relevant Bybit products.
• User Acquisition Strategy: devise locally relevant approaches to acquiring users beyond standard playbooks.
• Market Intelligence: track crypto regulation, competitors, and community sentiment; feed insights to leadership.
• Performance Optimization: own affiliate OKRs—registrations, deposits, trading volume, retention—and iterate for ROI.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with product, compliance, marketing, and VIP teams to localize Mandarin experience.
