Bybit is seeking a proactive Affiliate Partnerships Lead to identify and recruit affiliates targeting high-net-worth individuals, professional traders, and active crypto participants. You will manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, and media channels, negotiating campaigns and referral programs.

The role requires 3+ years in crypto/fintech spaces, strong project management, and a data-driven mindset to optimize acquisition OKRs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cryptocurrency/FX/fintech or financial services with proven affiliate network growth.
• Strong project management skills and a data-driven mindset to optimize acquisition OKRs.
• Fluent in Mandarin with a self-starter mentality to find opportunities independently.

Responsabilités

• Fluent in Mandarin and a self-starter mentality to find opportunities independently.
