Job summary

Ondo Finance seeks an experienced Solutions Engineer to power APAC partnerships, integrating with exchanges, custodians, and wallets. You will be a technical bridge among partners, Business Development, Product, and Engineering, ensuring successful integrations and ongoing optimization.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles in crypto, strong API and distributed systems knowledge, and fluency in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Forward Deployed Engineering, Developer Relations, or similar technical customer-facing role.
• Strong software engineering or systems engineering foundation with understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Professional experience within crypto, digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or Web3.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical integrations with strategic partners across the APAC region (exchanges, custodians, wallets).
• Serve as primary technical contact throughout onboarding, implementation, launch, and post-launch support.
• Collaborate with Business Development during evaluations, architecture discussions, and partner diligence.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive rapid resolution with Engineering and Product teams.
• Build trusted relationships with partner engineering teams and guide the integration lifecycle.
• Coordinate successful partner launches and drive post-launch adoption and ongoing technical success.
• Translate partner feedback into actionable product improvements and advocate for platform enhancements.
• Improve developer experience by identifying friction points and evolving docs, tooling, and integration processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Business Development, and Operations to ensure partner success.
• Stay current on blockchain infrastructure, tokenization, APIs, and digital asset ecosystem developments.
