Asiacruit, a global talent solutions partner, is seeking an International Marketing Assistant to help grow overseas markets from a North America base. The role requires Mandarin and English proficiency and involves strategic outreach, partner engagement, and market-entry planning.

You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, support ICP development, manage go‑to‑market activities, and contribute to risk assessment and logistics coordination across regions. Remote work with regional focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; overseas study preferred.
• Fluent English required; Mandarin and other languages are a plus.
• Experience in international sales or account management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop overseas market and customer network across regions.
• Execute go-to-market plans, partner channel management, and ICP.
• Draft and negotiate international sales contracts and terms.
• Lead a regional team of about 10 people over time.
