Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage accurate, compliant payroll for U.S. and international employees in a fast-growing technology environment.

This hands-on role collaborates with Payroll, People, Finance, and Legal teams to handle diverse populations and multiple pay cycles. The ideal candidate has extensive ADP experience, multi-state and international payroll knowledge, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll processing experience, including multi-state and global payroll.
• Hands-on experience with ADP, including reporting, compliance tools, and international payroll workflows.
• Experience processing payroll for hourly and salaried employees across varying pay cycles.
• Experience supporting payroll across 20+ U.S. states.
• Strong understanding of wage and hour laws, tax withholdings, payroll taxes, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing or supporting weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll cycles.
• Experience transitioning payroll providers or migrating payroll platforms end to end, including data migration, parallel payroll runs, reconciliation, post-implementation support.
• Ability to support payroll operations for international employees.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential employee information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
