DeWinter Group seeks an International Payroll Specialist to own the monthly payroll cycle across the UK, Germany, France, and Spain in a fully remote, fast-paced tech environment. You will manage inputs, funding, and reconciliation, work with outsourced providers, support employees across GMT/CET time zones, and develop country-specific procedures to improve accuracy and scalability.

You will also contribute to Netherlands and Sweden payroll initiatives planned for 2027 and maintain strict

Competenze

• Five or more years of hands-on UK payroll processing experience.
• Experience in Germany, France, or Spain payroll.
• Knowledge of UK PAYE, NI, RTI, FPS, P45s/P60s, P11Ds.
• Experience managing payroll via outsourced providers.
• Ability to document country-specific payroll procedures.
• Strong reconciliation and variance analysis skills.
• Excellent English communication across stakeholders.
