Job summary

Ondo Finance is seeking a commercially minded Business Development Manager to drive APAC growth and partnerships. You will collaborate with the Regional Head of Institutional and APAC Senior Sales Director to engage exchanges, wallets, custodians, and financial institutions, moving opportunities from initial contact to launch.

The role emphasizes execution, cross-functional collaboration, and structuring creative partnerships.

Qualifications

5+ years in business development, partnerships, or related strategy roles.
Strong commercial judgment with experience structuring partnerships.
Excellent relationship-management and communication skills.
Ability to manage complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
Solid understanding of crypto, digital assets, or fintech.

Responsibilities

Support APAC BD strategy with Regional Head and APAC Sales Director.
Build/manage relationships with exchanges, wallets, custodians, financial institutions, and partners.
Advance opportunities from engagement through negotiation, contracting, launch, and expansion.
Create partnership structures and commercial terms delivering long-term value.
Maintain pipeline momentum with follow-up and cross-functional coordination.
Coordinate with Legal, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations for integrations.
Prepare proposals and commercial analyses for stakeholders.
Represent Ondo at APAC meetings and industry events.
