Job summary

Ondo Finance is seeking a Senior Product Manager focused on Integrations and Discovery to bridge external market needs with internal capabilities. You will source signals from customers, partners, and the ecosystem, translate ambiguous asks into clear product proposals, and drive executable plans aligned with the roadmap.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Strategy, BD, Security, and Operations, ensuring high-quality opportunities are delivered on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time product management or founder experience with externally driven products or integrations.
• 2+ years in web3 or crypto with fluency in DeFi concepts, market structure, and current RWA trends.
• Working knowledge of blockchain tech including smart contracts, consensus models, L1/L2 ecosystems, and integration patterns.
• Strong customer research skills across qualitative and quantitative methods, turning insights into product decisions.
• Proven track record turning ambiguous partner requests into shipped products with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills for external and internal audiences, including executive-ready docs.
• Solid analytics skills and experience building dashboards with partners in data teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner and customer discovery to surface high value opportunities across RWAs and tokenized assets.
• Translate external asks into structured PRDs with clear requirements and metrics.
• Assess feasibility and complexity for integrations, including smart contracts and data dependencies.
• Build business cases rooted in ROI and strategic alignment; secure cross-functional alignment.
• Represent Ondo with external stakeholders and serve as the product lead in partner discussions.
• Define integration scopes with Solutions Eng and Engineering, outlining milestones and delivery.
• Monitor metrics post-launch; iterate based on results and feedback from partners.
• Maintain a prioritized pipeline of integration opportunities feeding the roadmap.
