Job summary

Ondo Finance is hiring a Solutions Engineer to power expansion across the APAC region. This highly technical, partner-facing role will help exchanges, custodians, wallets, and other partners integrate with Ondo's products and infrastructure.

You will work with Business Development, Product, and Engineering through discovery, design, implementation, launch, and optimization, troubleshooting complex issues and helping scale integrations while improving developer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role in crypto/Web3.
• Solid software/systems engineering foundation.
• Experience integrating with external partners or enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication; able to explain complex concepts.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to work with US-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical integrations with APAC partners across exchanges, custodians, wallets, and ecosystem participants.
• Onboard, implement, launch, and provide post-launch support for partners.
• Collaborate with Business Development during technical evaluations and architecture discussions.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues with Engineering and Product teams.
• Build trusted relationships with partner engineering teams and provide guidance.
• Drive post-launch adoption and ongoing technical success.
• Translate partner feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Improve developer experience through docs, tooling, and processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Stay current on blockchain infrastructure and APIs.
