Modigent Corporation is seeking an Accounts Payable Vendor Relations Specialist to manage timely vendor inquiries, support payment processing, and resolve issues. This remote role serves states where Modigent operates and supports Arizona business hours.

You will handle high-volume vendor inquiries, maintain strong relationships, and ensure accurate AP processing. Candidates should have 3+ years in AP or customer service, an Associate degree (preferred), and Sage experience; Stampli a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in accounts payable and/or customer service, high-volume inquiries preferred.
• Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Sage experience required; Stampli experience a plus.
• Remote role within Modigent operating states; able to support Arizona business hours.

Aufgaben

• Review and resolve vendor inquiries on payment status, discrepancies, invoices, and statements.
• Communicate payment timing and invoice status to vendors; provide next steps.
• Provide updates and follow-ups until issues are resolved.
• Create weekly payment files and route for approval and processing.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to resolve vendor issues promptly.
• Provide coverage for the AP Vendor Relations team as needed.
• Maintain records and follow AP processes and controls.
• Escalate complex issues and support process improvements.
