Del Playa Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to support U.S. operations. The role covers end-to-end AP, PO workflows, expense reporting, and vendor compliance with a focus on accuracy and timely payments.

You will manage ACH batches in Intacct, process vendor invoices, and assist with 1099 reporting. This remote role requires proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Brex for expense management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (Intacct preferred) and expense tools (Brex).
• Strong understanding of AP processes, vendor management, and payment cycles.
• Familiarity with U.S. compliance requirements (W-9, 1099 reporting).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
• Ability to work U.S. hours (PST) with flexibility.

Aufgaben

• Review PO requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Convert approved PO requests into POs and invoices.
• Set up ACH batches in Intacct and process ACH payments.
• Manage the shared Accounts inbox and process vendor invoices.
• Post recurring bills and ensure proper coding; reconcile credit card transactions.
• Prepare and post AP-related journal entries; assist with 1099 reporting.
