Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the full AP lifecycle, including invoice processing, vendor onboarding, vendor management, EDI transactions, payment processing, reconciliations, and reporting. This remote role requires regional eligibility in NC or SC, with strong organizational and communication skills for high-volume processing.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in AP, experience with ERP systems, and a degree in accounting/finance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of AP experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience managing full-cycle AP processes.
• Knowledge of 1099 processing and tax compliance.
• Experience with EDI transactions and electronic invoicing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, NetSuite, Lawson, Sage, JD Edwards.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Healthcare, manufacturing, or shared services experience preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• Experience supporting ERP conversions or AP automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounts payable lifecycle.
