The ideal candidate has 7+ years in AP/Finance operations, 3+ years in leadership, and expertise in payment platforms and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, Treasury Operations, or related areas.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of payment processing, banking platforms, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounts payable operations across multiple business entities.
• Oversee invoice processing, payment execution, vendor management, and approval workflows.
• Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and payment governance.
• Partner with Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Procurement, and Shared Services teams.
• Lead banking and treasury administration, cash visibility, and liquidity planning.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes.
