Epiq Counsel is seeking an Antitrust/Competition Litigation Counsel to support our client, a global technology company, on an active antitrust litigation docket.
This is a secondment engagement for an experienced antitrust litigator who can operate independently in a sophisticated, high-stakes environment. You'll support complex antitrust and competition litigation matters and related government investigations, working in close partnership with the in-house litigation team, senior business stakeholders, and government regulators.
Our client is a global technology company with an active and evolving antitrust litigation docket, including matters involving monopolization, tying, price-fixing, antitrust class actions, and investigations before the DOJ, FTC, and other competition authorities. Our client is looking for experienced outside support to help manage this workload without sacrificing the quality and continuity the docket demands.
